Is it possible to change your secondary profession in Factions?

Yes, I believe there is an NPC that will do it in an outpost on the Canthan mainland called Senji's Corner (map here).

I don't know if you have to be the Canthan enquivalent of 'ascended' - although seeing as you only get there after you've done the 'ascension' equivalent, I'd suspect it is a requirement.
